Hello @EBUANY001,

What version of Agent and Server are you employing? Also, is there a specific error message that appears when you attempt the connection?

Hello Frantz,

What version of Agent/Server are you employing?

Also, in order to take advantage of all Server functionalities, you will need to configure Server as an https connection. When connected to an unsecure connection like http://localhost, you won't be able to run processes scheduled on Server or access stored credentials. This is a Server requirement in order to ensure information is exchanged in a secure protocol. You can reference the following guide to configure a self-signed certificate to your Server instance (youll need to enroll to the OpenBots Academy course to be able to access it): Self-signed-certification-creation-and-binding-for-sandbox-environment

Hello,

In the agent (located on the same machine as my server), I put "Server URL = http://localhost:81". But I've got error when trying to connect the agent to server :

"Exception when calling AgentsApi.ResolveAgent:Error calling ResolveAgent with status 405: MethodNotAllowed"

Is there something else to be done ?

Aah! Understood. I wanted to do that but I stopped short as I was going through the course. It did not mention this little detail. Instead it states that "users with admin privileges must approve the new user".

Let me do it now. Will post an update should I run into any issues.

Thanks Nataly!
