if there any exception in the sequence of tasks execution , Do openBots provide option to restart the execution automatically?

Yes, we do provide different options to retry failed executions. One option is to include the Retry command, which will try any included commands if a certain logic is not met or if an error is encountered. Another option is to use the Server Queues commands. When creating a queue on Server, it will ask to set the max amount of retries that a particular queueitem should attempt when a queueitem transaction fails.
